Amy Ramos teaches Kindergarten for HFCA, and is the proud mother of four children, two of whom are Holy Family alumnus and two are current students. Amy feels she has been blessed to witness firsthand the compassionate community and exceptional educational environment that Holy Family has to offer. Mrs. Ramos’ passions are teaching, inspiring, and challenging young children while fostering a love for the Catholic faith and learning.
As a life-long learner, Amy obtained a degree in Early Childhood from Angelo State University and furthered her education by attending the University of Dallas, completing Masters Coursework in Catholic School Leadership and Education. Along with being a classroom teacher, she has had the privilege of substitute teaching, teaching Title I, and piloting after school and Early Childhood, programs.
Mrs. Ramos believes that, when it comes to educating children, Aristotle said it best: “Educating the mind without the heart is no education at all.”
